Wear comfortable clothing. You will be laying down for 1-2 hours. Comfortable clothes will allow you to make the most of this time to relax and be pampered.
Your eyes will be closed during the application of your eyelash extensions. To avoid any discomfort, it is always suggested that contacts be removed, allowing eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state.
Please arrive with a clean face and absolutely NO EYE MAKEUP. This includes mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. Ensuring your lashes are clean helps the extension bond properly and last longer.
Eliminate any unnecessary contact with steam such as a hot shower or sauna within the first 24hours. This will ensure that the bond between the semi-permanent lashes and your natural lashes has enough time to set properly.
Applying a full set of lash extensions takes from 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. The time varies depending on the amount of natural lashes the client has, coverage and the level of experience of your lash technician.
After 2 to 3 weeks, your lashes should start looking a bit sparse. If they still look full, take a closer look and you will find some lashes super grown out from your lash line or could feel them not going through the brush as easily — this means it is time for a fill! A normal person sheds between 1-5 natural lashes a day. You would inevitably experience some fallout as you wash and brush your lashes; this is totally normal and healthy. Keeping up with proper lash aftercare will help them last longer.
It is recommended to use a lash shampoo designed for lash extensions. Our cleansers are gentle, oil-free, vegan-friendly formula designed for lash extensions. It is free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances, making it safe for daily use. Do not use any face wash or cleanser for your lash extensions. While they contain facial ingredients, this can damage your lash extensions and also affect retention.
Yes and no. If you are not planning on getting a fill anytime soon you can. Otherwise, you should not be putting mascara on lash extensions. Any makeup put directly on the extensions will close up any open fans making it very difficult for it to look like a new set after a fill. A removal would be needed as an add on to the appointment.
Please make sure to come in with a bare, clean face and absolutely NO EYE MAKEUP. Your lashes will be washed before the service begins. Any makeup under your eyes will be washed away during the cleansing process.

Please put your phone on silent. This is your time to relax! Trying to look at your phone during the service could cause a chemical burn.
