Cancellations
Any cancellation results in a forfeited deposit. Reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment for the deposit to transfer. Changes made within this window forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrival
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation and results in the loss of your deposit.
No Foreign Fills
Foreign fills are not accepted. If your lashes were done by another artist, or it has been more than 4 weeks since your last appointment, a full removal and new set is required.

How long does it take to apply lash extensions?
A full set takes from 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. The time varies depending on how many natural lashes you have, the coverage, and the level of experience of your lash technician.
How do I know if I need a new set or a fill?
50–60% retention is required to book a fill. If most to all lashes are super grown out, a new set is required. You can check at home under a mirror with a light: if you can count the lashes on your eye, it's a new set.
How do I wash my lash extensions?
With a gentle lash cleanser, brush the foam through your lashes one eye at a time. Rinse, pat dry, and blow dry on a cool setting while brushing so they stay fluffy.
Can you put mascara on lash extensions?
It's not recommended if you plan on getting a fill. Mascara closes up volume fans, making it very difficult to achieve a fresh look at fills, so a removal would be needed as an add-on.
